William Simmons Jr. is a native of Portsmouth , Virginia and a
1987 graduate of Norfolk State University.  This Industrial Education major not only has many years of construction experience, but also is skilled at teaching the trade.  S & B Roofing and Construction was established in 1998 specializing in basements, decks, and room additions.  In 2003, S & B Roofing began focusing on roofing because of the increase in hail storms in Metro Atlanta and the high demands for roof repairs. S & B Roofing has successfully replaced or repaired a multitude of roofs and has a steadily growing list of happy customers.  William Simmons Jr., an over 25 year resident of Stone Mountain, Georgia, is a local contractor that you can trust.
